Wire Fence (In Blockbuster 3D)

The wire-fencing on our street (protecting the diggings where new pipes are being laid) has the usual repetitive diamond pattern. As one looks through the fence at the ongoing work, it's unavoidable that left and right eye will be looking through two similar shapes as if they're one, creating peculiar depth illusions that can seem to place the fence many feet forward of where it actually is. In this movie made of many sustained stereo-images, it will often be possible to see the fence as it is, close by, and also forward -crazily so- within the protected space.
